Dear Angela-
I am now back in Washington State. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed both of the houses that I stayed in. They were clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for your quick response to my questions and helping me secure housing. Thank you for waiving the cleaning fee as a kama’aina favor. We washed all of the linens and towels and made up all of the beds and left the units clean when we left. I look forward to staying at Pat’s again another time. I was born and raised on O’ahu and the island has changed so much. Kailua and your houses feel like the old Hawaii I knew and make me feel so at home there again. God bless you and have a great week!

My family and I were fortunate enough to stay in Property 9 for our holiday this year. The house was wonderful, comfortable and clean, very very spacious,had a huge garden and everything we needed. We could not fault it and would highly recommend it. It is in a very safe and lovely area and close to the most amazing beach ever! The service we received from Pats Kailua was excellent and could not be faulted.

We really did enjoy our spacious, homey ‘cottage’. Great location, close to the beach, right by the park; woken up by birds in the morning not by traffic, yet easy walk to the little store and to Buzz’s restaurant. The place is simply, and comfortably furnished, and – very important – bed and linens are comfortable, and of good quality,. Also, the place was very clean. We especially
enjoyed our little patio and made good use of the boogie boards provided. We were barefoot and
happy there.

My wife and I are returning to Kailua, Oahu in September of this year. This will be our 14th time
staying at the Kailua Beach Properties. I look forward to seeing the staff there and experiencing
Hawaii as I hope it will always be. For many years we have traveled with a group of friends and
we all stay in cottages near each other. All of the cottages that we have stayed in are an easy
walk to the best beach in Hawaii, Kailua Beach, and are very economical. Sharing meals with
friends at night and listening to the Wedge-Tailed Shearwaters is an experience you won’t forget.
Stay on the windward side of Oahu for the best accommodations, best beach and friendly people.
Kailua is where to visit and Kailua Beach Properties is the place to stay when you are in Hawaii.
